The Dutch government has published the draft regulation for the flavor ban in e-cigarettes and submitted it for online consultation. Let us know what you think of the flavor ban.
On September 1, 2022, the Dutch government finally published the draft regulation for the flavor ban in e -cigarettes and submitted it for online consultation.
This means that everyone can now share their opinion on this proposal through this consultation. The deadline for submissions is September 28, 2022.
It's important that as many consumers as possible respond. Now is the time. After the consultation period closes, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport will compile a report of all opinions and submit it to the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives.
Naturally, we will do everything we can to amend the draft regulation on the flavor ban during this phase. After this, the regulation will be published in the Government Gazette, making it mandatory and the flavor ban effective.
