Where: Hoek van Holland, South Holland

Why: Beachclub Royal has been crowned Best Dutch Beachclub for a couple of years in a row and we see why. The gorgeous terrace has luxurious seating and a menu full of delicious food. This is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Are you throwing a party or an event? Royal is a great spot for festivities. They are open for ideas, so just let them know what you want.

Branding Beach Club

Where: Noordwijk, South Holland

Why: Branding Beach Club is a trendy beach club and less posh than other clubs in Noordwijk. A welcome change. The atmosphere is relaxed and the terrace looks very inviting. Try to book a table via their website and you will see they have a great sense of humor.

SAN BLAS

Where: Bloemendaal aan Zee, North Holland

Why: SAN BLAS is a well-established beach club which is open all year around. Experience beach life in hot summers and cold winters. This club has lot’s of Caribbean influences and feels tropical no matter the temperature. The owners have lived in Panama for years.

Strandclub Leuk

Where: Kijkduin, South Holland

Why: Strandclub Leuk is the place to be for families with small children. It’s nice and cozy and has a playground for the little ones. While they enjoy the jumping castle, you can enjoy your organic lunch or dinner.

Buiten

Where: Scheveningen, South Holland

Why: At beach club Buiten (outside) they have the nicest lounge sofa’s where you can lay on, whilst enjoying live music.

Aloha

Where: Wijk aan Zee, North Holland

Why: Aloha was completely rebuild after a fire a few years ago. It looks neat, but you can still come in with your board and wetsuit. Aloha is very popular among water sports enthusiasts.

Why: Woest (rough) has a trendy terrace with comfy lounge sofa’s and hanging chairs. Perfect to just relax. Did you drink a bit too much? You can spend the night at Woest.

Where: Zandvoort, North Holland
