Every e cigarette needs liquid to evaporate. This liquid or also called e liquid is available in hundreds of different flavors such as tobacco, vanilla, menthol, various fruit flavors, but you can also mix flavors yourself and thus make your own blend.

The basic liquid for the e-cigarette consists of 2 components: Vegetarian Glycerine (VG) and Propylene Glycol (PG). Each brand has its own composition in this. Some manufacturers make liquids that consist of 70% VG and 30% PG, others choose to use more PG. Every vaporizer has its own preference and it is a matter of trial and error to see which e cigarette liquid suits you best.

Nicotine and e cigarettes

If you are going to buy e cigarette liquid, you can choose from various nicotine levels. These are indicated in milligrams or percentages. In short, this comes down to the following:

• 0mg / 0% = Nicotine free
• 3mg / 0.3% = Ultra Light
• 6mg / 0.6% = Light
• 14mg / 1.4% = Medium
• 18mg / 1.8% = Normal
• 20mg / 2.0% = Heavy

Do you start with vaping, and have you always smoked heavy shag? Then an e cigarette with 20mg nicotine would initially correspond most to your normal tobacco cigarette.
