What to do if my IQOS has a flashing red light?
A flashing red light on your IQOS 3 DUO holder may indicate that there is a problem with the heating element. Remove the cap from the holder and visually inspect the heating element.
Is the knife broken? If yes, please contact one of our IQOS Care Experts. Otherwise, you may need to set it up again. Press the charger button until the lights go out, then release the button. All status lights will turn off, blink twice, and then slowly reappear to indicate that the reset was successful.
