You can register your return within 30 days after receiving your order. After registration, you have another 14 days to send it back. Important: return the item in its original condition and packaging.

• Returns only accepted if the seal is intact
• Opened packages cannot be accepted for hygienic reasons

Fresh products (such as Magic Truffles & Grow Kits)

• Due to shelf life, these products are excluded from returns

Is a product – such as a vape – not working properly after opening? Contact our support team. We will always look for a suitable solution or replacement.

Damage upon arrival

If your order arrived damaged, take photos immediately and include them in your message. This helps us resolve the issue faster.

Packaging instructions

Whenever possible, use the original shipping box. Make sure the product is well protected to avoid transport damage.

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense (unless agreed otherwise)
• Once received and inspected, we will refund within 14 days (including outbound shipping costs for full returns)

Seeds are natural products influenced by various factors such as temperature and germination method. If you experience issues, contact us and we will find a solution together.
