# What is the Novus Fumus Loyalty Programme?
This is our way to express our appreciation. You can earn points for various activities on our website, such as referrals and purchases you have made. You can use points for discounts on your purchases, so the more points you collect the more money you save.

# Who can participate?

Anyone with an account is registered automatically.

# How do I earn points?

You can earn points by doing several things, including the referral of friends and making purchases. To see all the ways in which you can earn points, click the "Earn Points' tab in the menu.

# How can I see my points balance?
Your points balance you see on each page in the top bar.

# How do I redeem points?
Select the tab called 'Exchanging points. Here you can see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points you can exchange them for a reward.

# Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Make as many as you want.

# What does it mean when a status of "Approved," "Waiting," or "Rejected" state?

* Approved: These items can be immediately redeemed for rewards
* Waiting: These items must be verified before you can redeem. This applies mainly for referrals and purchases.
* Rejected: These points will not be added to your account. This happens when you cancel a purchase (the points will change from 'waiting' to 'rejected')

# What happens if a friend I have directed his order cancellation or return?

You spend points will be canceled and will be removed from your account.

# Why is the balance on my account went down?

You or someone you have referred, has canceled a purchase or reduced.

# I have completed an activity, but earned no points.
It may take several minutes before we can process your activities and points to marked.

# Can I use my points to pay?
Not directly - your first delivery points for a voucher which can then be used again in the payment.

# How do I unsubscribe from the program?
If you do not want to earn more points you can contact us and ask for deregistration. With your enrollment you will lose all the points you have accumulated.

# What happens if I write to me and later decide to sign up again?
Just contact us and we will enroll you again. Your total points will be starting from scratch.
