From handmade paper to global icon
The origins of this famous rolling paper date back to the beginning of the 20th century in the Spanish town of Capellades (Barcelona). Here, the Miquel family began manufacturing paper by hand, laying the foundation for a company that now boasts over 125 years of experience in the paper industry. In 1924, the brand name Smoking was officially registered with a strong international vision. Smoking preferences vary from person to person, which is why the range has been systematically expanded over the years to include various paper thicknesses and materials. All rolling papers feature a glue strip made of 100% natural Arabic gum, without artificial additives or colorants. The most popular variants within the collection are:
