Guarantee & Returns

Not Satisfied? You can report your purchase for a return within 30 days of receipt, and then you have another 14 days to send it back. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Specific Policies for Certain Products:

  • Consumable products such as Vapes, HHC-Gummies, and Seeds: These must be unopened and with an intact seal to be eligible for return. Products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

Novus Fumus retouren

  • Perishable products such as Magic Truffles and Grow Kits: Due to their nature and shelf life, these products are excluded from returns.

Issues After Opening: If a product such as a vape does not work after opening, please contact us to discuss a solution or replacement.

Return Procedure:

  1. Register your return via our customer service.
  2. Send the product back to:

  3. Include the European withdrawal form, which you can download here.

Photo Proof of Damage: If your product has arrived damaged, please send photos of the damage immediately to expedite the return process. This helps us better understand your situation and provide a quick solution.

Packaging Instructions: Please ensure that you return the product in its original packaging. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received the product. This ensures that the product returns safely and in good condition.

Costs and Refund:

  • The cost of the return shipment is approximately €6.95 and is at your expense. This will be deducted from the refund amount if you use our return tool.
  • After inspecting the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price (including shipping costs for the outbound shipment if the entire order is returned) within 14 days to the account used for payment.

Guarantee

If the item you ordered has a defect that prevents you from using it as you might expect, you can invoke the legal guarantee. We ask you to contact Novus Fumus as soon as possible. This can be done via: telephone: +31 (0) 85-888 6846, our support page.

The costs for returning a product are for the account of Novus Fumus. (only for EU Residents) After you have submitted an application you will receive a return label from us with which you can return the package.
