The Latin name of the Damiana flower is Turnera Diffusa. The plant is mainly found in Central and South America. The plant belongs to the Passionflower family and can be recognized by its yellow flowers and green leaves.
The plant has been valued and used by several Native American tribes for hundreds of years. Especially in Mexico, Damiana has acquired a respectable reputation. For example, Indians used the drug for various physical complaints. And throughout history, different cultures have mostly agreed on one thing: Damiana is an aphrodisiac. It is said to increase libido, improve sexual capacities and stimulate genital areas. In other words, Damiana can be good for bed performance!
