What is Reishi?
Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) is a reddish-brown mushroom that commonly grows on old tree stumps like oak and beech. In English, it's known as the lacquered bracket. In traditional Chinese medicine, it's called Lingzhi – the “mushroom of immortality” – and has been used for over 2000 years.

Usage and dosage
