De postbezorger scant niet elk brievenbuspakje apart. Pakjes die klaar zijn om te bezorgen, krijgen aan het einde van de dag automatisch de status ‘bezorgd’. Als het druk is, lukt het ons soms niet om alles op tijd te bezorgen. Dan zegt het systeem dat je pakje bezorgd is, terwijl we het nog moeten bezorgen.
Wat nu?
Je pakje komt meestal de volgende werkdag. Let op: zie je op een zaterdag dat je pakje de status ‘bezorgd’ heeft, maar heb je niets ontvangen? Dan kan je pakje pas op dinsdag komen. Heb je het na 5 bezorgdagen nog niet ontvangen? Neem dan contact op met de afzender. Samen zoeken we naar een oplossing.
