The mail carrier does not scan every letterbox parcel individually. Parcels that are ready for delivery automatically receive the 'delivered' status at the end of the day. When it's busy, we sometimes can't deliver everything on time. In that case, the system says your parcel has been delivered, even though we still need to deliver it.
What now?
Your parcel usually arrives the next business day. Please note: if you see on a Saturday that your parcel has the 'delivered' status, but you have not received anything, your parcel can only arrive on Tuesday. If you have not received it after 5 delivery days, please contact the sender. Together we will look for a solution.
