Timeframes

Reflection Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return.

Shipping Window

After registration, you have 14 days to return the items to us.

Exceptions

Due to hygiene and shelf-life considerations, specific conditions apply to the following products:

Sealed Products

Vapes, E-liquids, Edibles, and Seeds can only be returned if the original seal remains unopened.

Perishable Goods

Magic Truffles and Grow Kits are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their limited shelf life.

Return Procedure

Registration: Send an email to [email protected] or register the return via your account.
Product Condition: Pack the unused item in its original packaging, including the packing slip.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing

Upon inspection of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. In the case of a full return, initial shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
