Not happy with your order? No worries

You can register your return up to 30 days after receiving your order. Once registered, you have 14 more days to send it back. Important: the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

What can and can't be returned?

Consumable products (e.g. vapes, HHC gummies, seeds)

• Returns only accepted if the seal is unbroken
• Opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Fresh products (e.g. magic truffles, grow kits)

• Due to their limited shelf life, these items are excluded from returns

Product issues after opening?

If a product (like a vape) isn’t working properly after opening, contact our customer service team. We’ll help you find a suitable solution or replacement.

If possible, use the original shipping box. Make sure the product is well protected to avoid damage during transit.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your purchase within 14 days — including the original shipping cost (if the full order is returned)

Warranty

All products come with the statutory warranty: you’re entitled to a properly functioning product. Some brands also offer a factory warranty, which is additional to your legal rights.

Seeds are natural products and results depend on factors like planting method and temperature. If something’s not right, let us know — we’ll work with you on a solution.
