At Novus Fumus, all products are shipped directly from our own stock. The exact shipping costs are always clearly shown during checkout. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll inform you immediately after placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
Order on business days before 17:00 and we’ll ship your order the same day.
- Orders placed on Friday before 17:00 are usually delivered on Saturday
- Orders placed after Friday 17:00 are delivered on Tuesday
You will always receive a Track & Trace code, unless you choose a shipping option without tracking.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the type of shipment. The exact costs will always be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
For some countries we offer free shipping above a certain order amount. The free shipping threshold may differ per country and will be shown automatically during checkout.
Who delivers my order?
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. International orders are delivered via UPS.
Not at home during delivery?
No worries. If you’re not home when your parcel is delivered, it will usually be taken to a nearby pickup point. You’ll receive a notification with details on where and when you can collect it.
CO₂-neutral shipping
All PostNL shipments from Novus Fumus are delivered climate-neutrally. PostNL reduces CO₂ emissions by using electric delivery vehicles and sustainable fuels such as HVO100.
So you can shop at Novus Fumus just a bit more relaxed — also for the environment 😉
