    A classic Dutch favorite with a little more character. This Gouda Mature 48+ cheese is creamy, slightly spicy, and firm in texture. Perfect for those who like their cheese a little fuller and more mature, without it being too strong. Ideal on bread, in cubes, or simply enjoyed pure.
