Why is the flint system of a Clipper removable?
The removable system has a dual function. Firstly, this allows you to very easily replace the flint when it is worn out. Secondly, thanks to its round shape, the stick is perfect to use as a tamper to subtly press down the contents of your joint or cigarette.
How do I best refill my Clipper lighter?
Hold the lighter upside down and press the nozzle of a canister of butane or isobutane gas perpendicularly onto the valve at the bottom. Press the gas canister firmly for 3 to 5 seconds. Then wait about a minute before lighting, so that excess gas can dissipate and the temperature of the material stabilizes.
