    Our classic Gouda Young Mature 48+ cheese is a true crowd-pleaser. Made from pasteurized cow's milk, aged according to traditional methods, and packed with flavor—just the way you know and love it. Perfect on bread, cubed, or simply enjoyed on its own. Simply delicious. And you can taste it.
