Harmonia is a loose herbal mix with hemp from Hemnia, composed of various herbs originating from Czechia. The hemp in this mix is hand-picked. As a result, you may occasionally find a hemp seed in the mixture alongside flowers and leaves, which is normal for hand-harvested hemp.
The herbal mix is loose-weight and not packaged in tea bags. You can use the mixture in various ways: as a base for an infusion or decoction, but also for a compress or in a bath.
Composition
Harmonia consists of a combination of herbs: hemp, peppermint, Lnica floris, calendula (marigold), chamomile flower, fennel fruit, St. John's wort, and Chubet benedictus marigold. These are herbs commonly found in loose herbal mixtures.
Preparation
For an infusion, pour two to three teaspoons of the mixture over boiling water and let it steep for about five minutes. Preferably prepare the infusion fresh each time, instead of making it long in advance.
