Dosage

The recommended daily dose is 3 capsules, to be taken with sufficient water. This dosage provides 1,800 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, of which 360 mg is magnesium (96% NRV), 1.6 mg of vitamin B6 (114% NRV), and 25 µg of vitamin D3 (500% NRV).
