About Psilocybe Tampanensis

Psilocybe Tampanensis is a relatively rare species of fungus. The first specimens were found in 1977 near Tampa, Florida, by mycologist Steven Pollock. Due to their distinctive shape, the sclerotia of this species earned the nickname 'Philosopher's Stones'. The truffles have a yellowish-brown color and can vary considerably in size: sometimes they are small, but it also occurs that a single specimen can be the size of a fist. According to the manufacturer, Tampanensis is among the stronger strains within the iMicrodose assortment, stronger than the Mexicana and Galindoi variants from the same line.
